The modern galley kitchen with its stunning black granite work surfaces and deep butler sink is extremely well equipped with all the mod cons one could need.
The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor and arranged with a king bedroom, a double room and a lovely twin room with en suite shower room. There is a good sized separate family bathroom with a shower, bath and heated towel rail.

Virtually on your door step, just 100m away is the Brendon Arms and Falcon Hotel, both offering great food and local ales. Just past this is the Crescent Post Office and General Stores (approx. 200m) beyond one can walk along the Crescent and Strand, or over Nanny Moors Bridge, into Bude Town Centre (5 mins).
