St Petroc

St Petroc, named after Cornwall's patron Saint, is a couple of hundred yards from the beach at Crooklets, one of North Cornwall’s excellent surfing and bathing beaches. With a mixture of views from some rooms over the Atlantic and others over the Downs, St Petroc is in the perfect spot to enjoy the best that this area has to offer. 
This modern 4 storey town house is on a small select development in the perfect position to enjoy a fantastic beach holiday.

Bude itself is located on Cornwall’s Atlantic “Heritage Coast” and offers wonderful walks, beautiful scenery and spectacular surfing beaches. Much of the surrounding area is designated as having outstanding natural beauty, and this house is perfectly positioned to enjoy all that this area has to offer.

The house has a great open plan kitchen/dining/entertainment area with TV and seating.
From this area are patio doors leading out onto the garden with its table and chairs and BBQ.
On the ground floor is a large tv/games room with large flat screen tv and sofas.

The master bedroom is on the top floor with fantastic views looking over the coast and surrounding downs .Open the bedroom door onto a balcony on which to sit and take in the sea air!
There are 3 further bedrooms , 1 double,1  twin and a 4 bed bunk room. 
A very short walk takes you to Crooklets Beach where surfing lessons can be taken, nearby horseriding, tennis and golf, or simply laze in the garden or stroll down to the sands and walk along the beach at low tide to explore the various different coves - keeping an eye on the incoming tide please!
