Bush Meadows

Situated in the Bush area a few miles north of Bude. Bush Meadows is a wonderful house hand built by the owner using Cornish stone and locally sourced materials. He has constructed all the windows and doors using traditional joinery and the result is a spectacular and inviting Cornish cottage.

The house has a total of six bedrooms, three doubles and three twins and suits parties of up to 12. The self catering accommodation can be arranged for smaller parties of up to 8 if preferred. A slate floor kitchen, parquet floor entrance and sitting/dining room give this house that luxurious feel. Complemented by a wood burning stove sit and relax either snuggled up from the warmth of the fire or enjoy the views over the 5 acre meadow from the conservatory.

The meadow boasts a fine array of wildlife; herons, buzzards, kingfishers and rabbits abound here and are often to be found in the garden itself where you can sit and enjoy al fresco dining overlooking the meadow on a balmy summer’s evening.

Self catering is made a joy with an oil fired Rayburn, gas fired Rangemaster and a roasting microwave. The kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bush Meadows has a lovely relaxed feel to it, ensuring that you will enjoy the peace and tranquillity that Cornwall is loved for.
